Accounts Payable (AP): • Process supplier invoices, match to purchase orders, and obtain necessary approvals. • Set up new supplier accounts and maintain accurate records. • Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve invoice discrepancies. • Reconcile supplier statements and respond to supplier queries. • Ensure all payables are accurately recorded and filed
Requirements
Accounts Receivable (AR): • Generate and issue sales invoices in a timely manner, submitting via client portals and ensuring invoicing processes are followed. • Monitor accounts receivable ageing and follow up on outstanding balances. • Liaise with customers regarding overdue payments and resolve billing queries. • Reconcile customer accounts and maintain clean ledgers
