The Role
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented accounts payable accountant to join our dynamic finance team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining financial accuracy and integrity while ensuring timely processing of vendor invoices and payments. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about finance and looking to make a significant impact in a thriving organization within the UAE. Responsibilities: – Process and manage vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner. – Ensure proper documentation and approval for all payments. – Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly. – Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports and metrics. – Assist in month-end closing activities and reporting. – Support internal and external audits related to accounts payable processes. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounts payable procedures. – Maintain positive relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. – Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role, preferably in a multinational environment. – Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. – Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. – Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. – Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
