Job Summary
This position provides administrative and compliance support to the Associate Director of Funds Management and Deputy Director positions managing day-to-day business operations. This position also coordinates system/operation processes and has responsibility for program management duties for Federal Work Study and State Aid Programs. As needed, provides support with special projects within OSFAS. These duties are essential for compliance and administration of federal and state aid programs.

Student Success will, from the time of early college outreach to graduation and beyond, support students in living a life of meaning and purpose. From a student-centered framework, our practice will be grounded in peer-reviewed literature, national best practices, and data-informed decision-making. Collaborating with the campus and community, Student Success will work through a holistic lens to support a community of learners in achieving success.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledgeable of Title IV regulations.

Preferred Education/Experience
Bachelor’s or master’s degree and 5 years of experience working in a college or university financial aid office. Earned NASFAA Credentials.
