We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Staff Accountant to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will support core accounting functions including general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, and month-end close. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic, high-growth environment. The Staff Accountant will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze financial statements and internal reports.

Maintain the general ledger .

Perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy.

Assist with audits, tax filings, and compliance documentation.

Contribute to process improvements and accounting system enhancements.

Process and verify invoices for payment in accordance with company policies.

Collaborate with internal departments to provide adhoc financial reports.

Support month-end and year-end close, including balance sheet, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.

ensure accurate recording of transactions in accordance with GAAP.

Reconcile vendor accounts, process invoices, and assist with accounts payable functions as needed.

Reconcile bank and credit card

Maintain fixed asset records and calculate depreciation.

Process payroll and prepare payroll journal entries
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
-
3 – 5 years’ experience in accounting
-
Has full cycle accounting background
-
Experience in Revenue cycle management in the healthcare sector is preferred
-
Strong understanding GAAP.

Proficiency or familiarity in accounting software; experience with Workday and ADP is a plus.

Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.

Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Effective communication skills for vendor interactions and internal collaboration.

Experience in high growth company (e.g. high transaction volume or multi entity)
Preferred Qualifications:

Has experience with healthcare services
