Accountant

Hizavi Architecture Interior Company is a creative design and build firm based in Los Angeles, known for delivering innovative architectural and interior solutions. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for maintaining accurate financial records within a dynamic and design-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payroll, and tax filings.
• Monitor cash flow and manage expense tracking and reporting.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and tax consultants when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accounting software.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the architecture, design, or construction industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and tax regulations.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a creative environment.
