Prepare the exchange documents, the amendments made to them, and the accuracy of the monthly reconciliation of the accounts of the institution according to the regulations.

• Provide all information related to financial operations to prepare a response to the report of the accounting authorities in accordance with the procedures adopted.
• Periodic inventory and reporting of the warehouse and property of the corporation and contribution to the preparation of annual follow-up reports related to the cost of services, property rights, assets, depreciation, and liabilities.
• Preparation of technical reports on the procedures of financial transfers between the budget items and summarizing the results of financial actions of all organizational units according to the procedures and the powers adopted.
• Preparation of procedures related to creditors’ entitlements, disbursements, financial appropriations, contracts, procurement operations, and fines policies and procedures.
• Provide data and information on the basics and criteria for the effectiveness of the policies and plans of expenditure and contracts and the methods of financial analysis adopted by the institution, and raise them to those in the section.
• Preparation of exchange documents, amendments to them, and accuracy of monthly matches of the accounts of the institution according to the regulations.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct president.
