The Role
This opportunity is with a well-established media production equipment services company. Key Responsibilities – Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring effective execution of all financial operations. – Oversee monthly and year-end closings, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements. – Manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow planning, and financial performance reporting. – Collaborate closely with production and equipment rental departments to monitor costs, revenues, and project-based financials. – Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws, audit requirements, and internal financial controls. -Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic planning. – Implement and maintain efficient accounting systems, processes, and policies. – Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies as required.Requirements

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or CA preferred). – Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting and finance, including at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role. – Proficient in financial software and ERP systems, with strong Excel skills. – Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. – Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
