Staff Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records, general ledgers, and journal entries
• Assist in month-end and year-end closings
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assist with audits, tax filings, and budgeting processes
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant accounting standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MRP system)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Mandarin or Cantonese fluency

Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
